1. CANDIDA ALBICANS has become a household word for many health-conscious Americans. Candida is a yeast that lives in the human digestive system. It has the ability to change from a yeast and become a fungus. As a fungus it operates in a similar fashion to any other fungus such as athletes’ foot fungus, etc. Candida is kept at low levels by the friendly bacteria that also reside in the digestive tract. The friendly bacteria feed on the Candida, thus a balance in the body is maintained. Modern medicine’s “gift” of antibiotics, birth control pills, cortisone and chemotherapy kill this friendly bacterium as do street drugs, alcohol, and junk food diets.

Once these friendly bacteria have been destroyed, the yeast begins to overgrow and take over the digestive system. Left untreated, it becomes a fungus and grows into a plant-like structure complete with roots. These roots can break through the intestinal walls, allowing the yeast to travel to other areas of the body such as the sinuses, throat, reproductive organs, the lungs and skin just to name a few.

It is capable of producing over 100 symptoms. This makes it extremely frustrating for anyone with this condition to be able to find out or understand what is exactly wrong with them. Billions are spent each year on antibiotics, creams, nasal sprays, unnecessary hospital visits, operations and antidepressants, due to the ignorance and arrogance of the medical profession. It is written in their own journals that antibiotics can cause this condition yet they continue to boldly prescribe them and are resentful when discussing their side effects. A!”

The symptoms of Candida are so confusing that even a practitioner who wants to know about it can be confused. I truly believe that proper testing is the answer. It is my deep-seated belief that those who want to get well must find a practitioner who offers accurate testing. This way the real problem can be found and not overlooked.

Look over the list of all the possible symptoms Candida can cause and you will see why I so firmly believe that by symptoms alone one can be misled into treating a “major symptom” and miss the true culprit.

As you can see, the symptoms are so varied no one person has all the same set as another. The average Candida sufferer has 20 or more of these (while others have less and some have more). Many times they have given up on ever finding out what was wrong with them because all of these symptoms seem unrelated.

Symptoms of Candida, regardless of what they are, will worsen in hot, humid or muggy weather. Like any mold or fungus, heat and humidity help it grow and spread. Symptoms can also vary according to one’s diet. Sugar, alcohol, starches, fermented foods, sweets (even fruits) will increase symptoms by feeding the yeast organisms. This will cause them to grow and release more toxins which will produce symptoms. Stress is key in triggering symptoms. It has long been recognized that stress plays a part in lowering the immune function of the body. The immune system is what tries to keep the yeast under control. Simply being over-worked, over-tired, or over-stressed will cause an increase in Candida and therefore its symptoms.

The environment one lives in can play a big role if one is exposed to toxic metals, fumes, smoke, pollution, and in direct contact with various chemicals. The immune system can become overloaded and therefore further dip which will allow more yeast to grow.

  1. HYPOTHYROIDISM – THE UNSUSPECTED ILLNESS

Many years ago, Dr. Broda Barnes M.D., wrote a book called HYPOTHYROIDISM THE UNSUSPECTED ILLNESS. Dr. Barnes brought light to low thyroid conditions as an unsuspected cause of numerous health disorders. Dr. Barnes made popular the procedure of testing one’s underarm body temperature the very first thing in the morning to discover one’s thyroid efficiency and clearly proved that a condition of low thyroid function can exist even if one’s blood tests are normal. When Dr. Barnes found a patient, who had lower body temperature than normal, the doctor would treat him with thyroid medication. The patient would them miraculously improve. More recently, Dr. Denis Wilson M.D. also wrote a book called WILSON’S SYNDROME. Dr. Wilson expanded the theory of Dr. Barnes and advanced the treatment.

Both Drs. Barnes and Wilson have discovered a condition where the thyroid appears normal based on blood work but, in actual fact, if a low body temperature exists a low metabolism exists as well.

SYMPTOMS OF LOW THYROID INCLUDE:

  • LOSS OF HAIR
  • WEIGHT GAIN
  • COLD HANDS AND FEET
  • CELLULITE
  • WEIGHT GAIN ON THIGHS AND HIPS
  • DRY SKIN
  • LOW BODY TEMPERATURE
  • LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
  • LOW ADRENAL FUNCTION
  • MENSTRUAL IRREGULARITIES
  • INFERTILITY
  • PMS
  • OSTEOPOROSIS
  • SUGAR CRAVINGS AND HYPOGLYCEMIA
  • UNEXPLAINED FATIGUE
  • CHRONIC FATIGUE
  • CONSTIPATION
  • MUSCLE CRAMPS AND SPASMS
  • PROBLEMS DIGESTING FATS AND OILS
  • SLUGGISH LIVER
  • COPPER TOXICITY
  • WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? Thyroid function can break down for various reasons. Here is a simple explanation of what can go wrong.
  1. Thyroid hormone is made from a protein called TYROSINE. Tyrosine can be made by converting phenylalanine, another protein, into tyrosine. This is done using iron. If iron is too low, this will not occur.
  2. Once tyrosine is made, it goes to the thyroid gland. The mineral manganese is then used to help convert it into thyroxin. Thyroxin is also called T4. This is the same substance that doctors give as medication. Iodine found in kelp and sea food is also involved.

3.TOXIC METAL SYNDROME

From the womb onward, we’re exposed to thousands of toxic substances every day. There are pesticides in the food you eat, pollutants in the air you breathe, and countless other toxins hiding in plain sight. Among the worst toxins are heavy metals.

Heavy metals include lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic. These metals can get into your body in a variety of sneaky ways.

Since we’re exposed to heavy metals every day, they slowly build up in the body’s tissues. It’s one of the reasons why people struggle to feel healthy.

Even if you follow a healthy lifestyle, you simply won’t see the results you want if there’s something compromising your health every day. It’s like trying to set up a Jenga tower while someone keeps pulling out the bottom pieces.

Common signs of chronic heavy metal toxicity include:

Chronic fatigue

Digestive discomfort

Brain fog

Immune Suppression

Headaches-Migraines

Achy joints & rashes

Arthritis

Autism

Neurological illinesses

Anemia and blood disorders

The list goes on and on. When heavy metals continue to accumulate in the body, the consequences can be even more severe.

Since heavy metals can silently sabotage your health, it’s important to be aware of the common ways heavy metals get into your body. That way you can take steps to avoid them and live your life to its fullest potential. A simple hair mineral test can reveal these toxins!

4.SICK BUILDING SYNDROME AND MOLD OVERGROWTH

When moisture problems occur and mold growth results, building occupants may begin to report odors and a variety of health problems, such as headaches, breathing difficulties, skin irritation, allergic reactions, and aggravation of asthma symptoms; all of these symptoms could potentially be associated with mold exposure. The effects of molds have been found to be far more severe in those who suffer with chronic overgrowth of candida in their bodies.

All molds have the potential to cause health effects. Molds produce allergens, irritants, and in some cases, toxins that may cause reactions in humans. The types and severity of symptoms depend, in part, on the types of mold present, the extent of an individual’s exposure, the age of the individual, and their existing sensitivities or allergies. What is of great interest to my practice is that those who suffer with intestinal infections of Candida Albicans suffer and react more severely to molds found in a home or building than non-infected people.

For many years people have wondered why some people occupying a home of office would be affected by the environmental molds more severely than others. The simple answer lies in the person’s immune system. Those who have been infected by Candida Albicans are far more sensitive to molds found in building or homes than those who are not infected.

When someone has Candida Albicans infecting their body, the body produces antibodies against molds in general and the immune system is on guard against them. The immune system in time becomes very allergic to these internal mold toxins that are being produced by the candida infections within the body. When the person is then subjected to external molds producing similar toxics, the results are devastating. Not only does the body now have to defend against the toxins being produced inside the body by the Candida Albicans, but it now has to protect itself from the mold and spores that it is breathing in from the house or building.

GERIATRIC DEFICIENCIES. As one ages there are predictable change to both men and women that I have observed in my 35 years in practice. Stomach acid levels reduce as one gets older. Burping and belching, constipation become common place. But the most damaging effect of lower stomach acid is that you cannot absorb calcium, magnesium and all the other vital nutrients. So as a result of a lowered appetite from your weakened digestion your b complex levels also drop. Now you become hunched over and have shaking hands. Your hormone level reduce so now you have lost muscle mass and bone. Due to your low stomach acid and reduced appetite you are now subject to every deficiency disease that one can name. Being that this condition is so predictable, why don’t doctors give the elderly some simple supplements to avoid this fate? Please read this article: https://health-truth.com/elderly-magnesium/
