The Biamonte Center for Clinical Nutrition is now hiring for the following positions:


We are looking for an office admin/administrative assistant at our nutrition practice. You will be working alone out of our location in Astoria Queens New York with remote interaction with the clinician.

Job Description/Duties:

– Working with Electronic Medical Records Online and Phone Scheduling Systems
– Scheduling/Confirming appointments
– Following up with patients after appointments
– Answering/addressing patients’ questions/concerns on the phone and email
– Be able to give accurate information about the services offered to prospective patients
– Taking orders and ensure timely service
– Inventory Management: maintenance of in house supplements, tests and office supplies
– Interacting with vendors to ensure office supplies are available at all times or has minimal interruption as possible
– Should be able to physically handle heavy packages from vendor deliveries occasionally
– Other Duties as Needed

Financial Duties:

• Expense reports
• Processing payments
• Purchasing

Administrative Assistant or Office Manager Experience is a HUGE PLUS!

• Tuesday to Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
